Agreements

• Cancellations prior to 14 calendar days of the start of the rental receive a full refund, less a $75 per-reservation Cancellation Fee. However, a cancellations made 14 days or less, shall receive a fifty percent (50%) refund and forfeit any remaining balance.
• To operate our watercraft you must be 16 years of age or older (minors must be accompanied by a guardian or parent) and have a valid state-issued automobile drivers license.
• Moose Jaw Resort requires customers to provide a $100 per unit security deposit before assuming care and custody, operating or using any equipment.
