Payment
The card you enter on the website at the time of booking will not be charged until your stay is complete. At that time, should you choose to use a credit card, a 3% service charge will be added to your bill.
Cancellation Policy
30 Day notice or more: Your deposit will be refunded minus 25% processing fees.Â
Less than 2 weeks’ notice: Your deposit is forfeited, and you will be charged for one night’s rental.
Less than 24 hours’ notice: You lose your deposit and will be charged for the entire stay.
Cabins
There is a two-night minimum stay required for all cabins. Check-in time is 3:00 pm. Check-out time is 10:00 am. Â
Camping
Check-in time is noon. Check-out time is 11:00 am. Â
Boats
Cancellations prior to 14 calendar days of the start of the rental receive a full refund, less a $75 per-reservation Cancellation Fee. However, a cancellations made 14 days or less, shall receive a fifty percent (50%) refund and forfeit any remaining balance.
To operate our watercraft you must be 16 years of age or older (minors must be accompanied by a guardian or parent) and have a valid state-issued automobile drivers license.
Moose Jaw Resort requires customers to provide a $200 per unit security deposit before assuming care and custody, operating or using any equipment.Â
