We offer rentals (both with and without motors) right here at the resort.
PLEASE NOTE
We have a limited number of boats, which means rentals are first come, first served. If you would like to ensure a boat for your stay, we recommend booking sooner rather than later.

EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION
All of Moose Jaw boats are great for cruising the lake, swimming, fishing, etc. There are three pontoon boats to choose from which are between 18′- 22’ in length and 9 to 17 person capacity. They are powered by 25 to 50HP electric start, 4-stroke motors. We also offer four fishing boats to choose from which are 14’ and 4-person capacity. You can elect to rent a motor for a small fee or bring your own.
RENTAL DURATIONS
Boat rentals are available for as many days as you wish! Rentals of exactly 7 days (Saturday to Friday) are available at a 20% discount using code JRY2ZQEKA9X at checkout. Any additional days must be reserved under a separate reservation at the regular daily fee.
Boats are available daily from 12p (noon) to 8p. They may be available earlier depending on availability. Check with us inside Woods Edge Resaturant! All reservations must be made online.
INCLUDED WITH RENTAL
All our pontoon & fishing boats come with fenders, life jackets, anchors, tie off ropes, paddles, horns. Pontoons also come with a 4 stroke, electric start motor. Pontoon boats are equipped with the same items but also bimini (canvas) top, swim ladder and platform.
RESERVATIONS
In order to secure your reservation, first you must pay the entire amount up front. Booking online is the best method to which you should reserve your boat. This is a first come first serve reservation process. There is a $100 non-refundable deposit to reserve a pontoon.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations prior to 14 calendar days of the start of the rental receive a full refund, less a $75 per-reservation Cancellation Fee. However, a cancellations made 14 days or less, shall receive a fifty percent (50%) refund and forfeit any remaining balance.
OPERATOR LICENSING
To operate our watercraft you must be 16 years of age or older (minors must be accompanied by a guardian or parent) and have a valid state-issued automobile drivers license. For more information visit: The Handbook of Wisconsin of Boating Laws and Responsibilities. A person who was born on or after January 1, 1989, and who is 16 years of age or older may operate a motorboat only if he or she has completed a boating safety course accepted by Wisconsin DNR AND is accompanied by a parent or guardian and that person holds a valid boating safety certificate or was born before January 1, 1989. Furthermore, Wisconsin does have reciprocity with some states in terms of operating licenses. However, we encourage everyone to take the online safety course.
SECURITY DEPOSIT / NO INSURANCE COVERAGE
Moose Jaw Resort requires customers to provide a $100Â per unit security deposit before assuming care and custody, operating or using any equipment.Â
Moose Jaw Resort does not offer or provide operators, passengers, or renters (i.e., participants”) with any sort of insurance coverage nor in any way do we insure our guests. Participants assume all liability associated with their use of all equipment. Contact your insurance agent to determine insurance coverage or availability. Â
Before reserving you must read, understand and agree to our terms and conditions of use and waiver of liability agreements. Upon checking out your rental boat, you will be requested to review and sign this document. You may read the waiver here.
