ENJOY THE WATER IN OUR CRUISER PONTOONS AND BOATS
We offer rentals (both with and without motors) right here at the resort.
PLEASE NOTE
We have a limited number of boats, which means rentals are first come, first served. If you would like to ensure a boat for your stay, we recommend booking sooner rather than later.

EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION
All Moose Jaw boats are well-suited for enjoying the lake, whether you’re cruising, swimming, or fishing. We offer three pontoon boats ranging from 18’ to 22’ in length, accommodating 9–11 passengers depending on total combined weight. These pontoons are equipped with 25–50 HP, electric-start, 4-stroke motors for a smooth and reliable experience.

In addition, we have four 14’ fishing boats available, each with a 4-person capacity. Guests may choose to rent a motor for a small additional fee or bring their own.
RENTAL DURATIONS
Boat rentals are available for as many days as you wish. Please note that any additional days beyond the initial reservation must be booked separately at the standard daily rate.
Boats are available daily from 11:00 AM until sundown (approximately 8:00 PM). Earlier availability may be possible depending on scheduling, please inquire at Moose Jaw Lodge.
All reservations must be completed online.
INCLUDED WITH RENTAL
All our pontoon & fishing boats come with fenders, life jackets, anchors, tie off ropes, paddles, horns. Pontoons also come with a 4 stroke, electric start motor. Pontoon boats are equipped with the same items but also bimini (canvas) top, swim ladder and platform.
RESERVATIONS
Boat rentals are available for as many days as you wish. Please ensure you reserve only the exact number of days you plan to use the boat. For example, a Saturday through Friday rental is seven days. A Saturday through Saturday reservation would be considered eight days.
The balance is due upon arrival; please check in at Moose Jaw Lodge to complete payment. To help you save, we offer a 3% discount on the remaining balance when paying with cash to avoid credit card processing fees. You will fill out a release of liability form and credit card will be kept on file for any boat damages upon return.
Boats are available daily from 11:00 AM until sundown (approximately 8:00 PM).

CANCELLATIONS

The payment that is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation is non-refundable. This deposit applies regardless of weather conditions and allows us to ensure availability and properly prepare for your stay.
We understand that plans may change; however, due to the nature of our accommodations and scheduling, all deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellations, including those related to weather.

OPERATOR LICENSING
To rent and operate our watercraft you must be 16 years of age or older (minors must be accompanied by a guardian or parent) and have a valid state-issued automobile drivers license. For more information visit: The Handbook of Wisconsin of Boating Laws and Responsibilities. A person who was born on or after January 1, 1989, and who is 16 years of age or older may operate a motorboat only if he or she has completed a boating safety course accepted by Wisconsin DNR AND is accompanied by a parent or guardian and that person holds a valid boating safety certificate or was born before January 1, 1989. Furthermore, Wisconsin does have reciprocity with some states in terms of operating licenses. However, we encourage everyone to take the online safety course.
SECURITY DEPOSIT / NO INSURANCE COVERAGE
Security Deposit
Moose Jaw Resort requires a valid credit card on file for a security deposit prior to assuming care, custody, operation, or use of any equipment.
Boat Return Policy
All boats must be returned in clean condition, free of garbage and excessive mud. Boats returned in poor condition will be subject to a cleaning fee of $55 per hour. Thank you for helping us maintain our equipment for all guests to enjoy.
Liability & Insurance
Moose Jaw Resort does not provide insurance coverage for operators, passengers, or renters. All participants assume full responsibility and liability associated with the use of any equipment. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to determine your personal coverage or available options.
Terms & Waiver Requirement
Prior to reserving, all customers must read, understand, and agree to our Terms and Conditions and Waiver of Liability. At the time of check-out, you will be required to review and sign this document. A copy of the waiver is available to review prior to booking-here.
